Mastermind Groups

What is a Mastermind Group? The concept was formally introduced early in the 20th Mastermind Groupcentury by Napoleon Hill, the author of “Think and Grow Rich.”

He defined the Mastermind principle as: “The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.”

In a Mastermind group—also known as a President’s Roundtable, CEO Peer Group, Key Executive Peer Group, or Peer Advisory Group—peers give you feedback, help you brainstorm possibilities and solutions, and set up accountability structures that keep you focused and on track.

Renaissance EXECUTIVE FORUMS NJ embodies Napoleon Hill’s concept. Today, there are numerous Executive Forums groups in New Jersey. Each group is large enough to ensure great breadth of feedback and ideas, but small enough to allow for in-depth individual attention. The value that Forum members receive from their group is evidenced by their Testimonials— many have been members for over a decade.
